Losing Weight

Losing weight takes a lot of hard work and trying. You are going to want exercise for about an hour every day. It could be outside or inside. If you don't have any equipment use furniture. Doing push ups by putting your feet under your couch and crossing your arms and there you go. Don't push yourself to hard. It is good to take a break every 15 - 20 minutes. drink plenty of water to keep your self hydrated. Eat a Banana or something good for you. It can help you keep energized while working out.
